At Mobility International USA’s International Women’s Institute on Leadership and Disability (WILD), women with disabilities celebrate their strength and solidarity, while generating plans to revolutionize the status of women with disabilities around the world. Intensive workshops focus on education, employment, HIV/AIDS, violence prevention, legal rights and legislation.

After participating in the three-week WILD program, these women return to their countries to make changes in the lives of people with disabilities. WILD women are advisors to human rights commissions, founders of disabled women's organizations, consultants to the World Bank and more.
