This 16-day exchange program brought 10 young leaders with disabilities from New York City to Costa Rica to strengthen cross-cultural understanding and leadership skills in an exciting international and cross-disability environment. The U.S./Costa Rica program was sponsored by the New York Community Trust/ DeWitt Wallace Youth Travel Enrichment Fund.
