2010 U.S. Costa Rica Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Disabiliy Rights Leadership Exchange Program
This 16-day exchange program brought 10 young leaders with disabilities from New York City to Costa Rica to strengthen cross-cultural understanding and leadership skills in an exciting international and cross-disability environment. The U.S./Costa Rica program was sponsored by the New York Community Trust/ DeWitt Wallace Youth Travel Enrichment Fund. San Jose, Costa Rica. June 16-July 1, 2010.
U.S. Bahrain Inclusive Sports and Recreation for Youth with Disabilities Exchange Program
Eugene, Oregon. May 7-20, 2010. This program increased the capacity of participants to provide recreation, sport and physical education programs that include youth with disabilities and to improve opportunities for youth with disabilities to participate fully in society. The program was sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the U.S. Department of State and made possible through a partnership with the Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation (BDSF).
2010 Advanced International Leadership, Employment & Disability (I-LEAD) Exchange
Eugene, Oregon, March 6-18, 2010. This program was designed to examine critical issues facing people with disabilities in the employment sector and to build the capacity of governments, businesses, schools and disabled peoples organizations to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The Advanced I-LEAD program was sponsored by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and the Mike and Lisa Sygall Scholarship Fund of Mobility International USA.
5th International Women's Institute on Leadership and Disability (WILD) Program
Eugene, Oregon. August 7-29, 2010. The WILD program brought together 29 women leaders with disabilities from around the world to explore challenges and exchange strategies for increasing leadership opportunities and employment of women and girls with disabilities internationally. The 2010 WILD program was sponsored by the Walmart Foundation and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Missions.

2011 U.S./Spain: Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Disability Rights Leadership Exchange Program
This 10-day intensive leadership exchange program brought eight young leaders with disabilities from New York City to Madrid, Spain, June 24 – July 4, 2011. Participants strengthened cross-cultural understanding and leadership skills through a blend of cultural enrichment actives and workshops on disability rights topics.
2011 U.S./Jordan Young Women with Disabilities Leadership Exchange Program
Eugene, Oregon. September 16 - October 5, 2011. This program brought together nine young women leaders with disabilities from Jordan to build their own management and advocacy skills while increasing the capacity of their organizations to empower women and girls with disabilities.
