U.S. Bahrain Inclusive Sports and Recreation for Youth with Disabilities Exchange Program

Eugene, Oregon. May 7-20, 2010. This program increased the capacity of participants to provide recreation, sport and physical education programs that include youth with disabilities and to improve opportunities for youth with disabilities to participate fully in society. The program was sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the U.S. Department of State and made possible through a partnership with the Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation (BDSF).
