This two-week visit to Ethiopia in July-August 2011 was the final international technical assistance trip of MIUSA’s ten-year USAID-funded Building an Inclusive Development Community project.
While in Ethiopia the MIUSA team conducted site visits with USAID Mission staff to learn from inclusive development project work being conducted in various sectors, including:
- Water and sanitation,
- HIV/AIDS counseling and treatment, and
- Orphans and vulnerable children.
MIUSA also met with Disabled Peoples' Organizations (DPOs) and development organization small grants partners to evaluate and learn from the achievements made in small grants projects.

- Assets, Livelihoods, and Transitions (ALT)
