With many interviews, this report describes frequent abuse and discrimination by strangers, neighbors, and even family members against women and girls with disabilities in the north. Efforts to promote inclusion of women with disabilities are also highlighted, as well as applicable international, regional, and national laws, and recommendations to the Ugandan government and development partners.
