Each year the National Clearinghouse on Disability and Exchange has new initiatives to further promote international exchange opportunities to people with disabilities and to develop the information needed for successful and inclusive participation. Read more about this year's focus projects.

Disability Community Seminar

We discuss the ‘Who, What, Where and Why’ of international exchange, including overseas cultural, educational, professional and volunteer programs, for U.S. students, teachers, professionals and others with disabilities.

Fulbright Programs

Promoting and providing equal access for people with disabilities to U.S. Department of State's Fulbright scholarships to study, teach, conduct research or participate in other professional, cultural and educational activities internationally.

Foreign Languages

Information on disability and foreign language learning, links to scholarships and programs to take critical need language courses abroad, and other resources.
