Going Global in Middle School: Experiences in Bahrain, China, and Mexico

Hannah is a young leader with a disability who already has three international experiences including China, Mexico and Bahrain.

HannahHannah is a vivacious leader who is excited to meet teenagers from other cultures and learn about disability rights in Bahrain. Originally from China, Hannah returned to visit the country where she was born in 2007. During her stay, she visited a School for the Blind to learn more about educational opportunities for youth with visual disabilities. Learn more about Hannah and all her travels including a leadership program to Bahrain, a school service project in Mexico, and a heritage trip to China on her blog Hannah's Writings. She aspires to work for an international organization to improve health care around the world.
