by Melissa Mitchell last modified July 10, 2008 18:50 — expired

This online resource offers advice for people with disabilities who want to come to the United States to study, intern, teach, volunteer, or participate in professional programs.

Opportunities in the U.S. for Non U.S. Citizens covers many of the questions commonly asked by people about coming to the United States such as:

  • Finding the right program
  • How to best prepare
  • Finding funding
  • Staying healthy and safe while away from home

Visitors can also read stories and watch videos from international people with disabilities who have successfully participated in an exchange program to the United States.
