A World Awaits You (AWAY) – Accessing Foreign Languages issue is an online version of MIUSA's AWAY journal, and published semi-annually. Subscription rate: free.


The NCDE is sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State, and administered by Mobility International USA.

NCDE offers a wide variety of publications and videos, presents workshops and trainings, and provides consultation, information and referral about international exchange and disability issues.
