The National Clearinghouse on Disability and Exchange is sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and administered by Mobility International USA. Since 1981, Mobility International USA (MIUSA), a nonprofit, cross-disability organization, has been serving those with cognitive, hearing, learning, psychiatric, physical, systemic, vision and other disabilities.
