Connecting Disability To The World, #EdUSAForum 2016

Mobility International USA connects disability to all aspects of international student recruitment and support.

The EducationUSA Forum happened and Mobility International USA (MIUSA) was there! The annual forum is designed for professionals at accredited U.S. colleges and universities seeking to recruit, enroll, and support international students.

MIUSA staff who work on the National Clearinghouse on Disability Exchange (NCDE) project, sponsored by the U.S Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), were represented to make sure people with disabilities are not missing from these conversations.

Session

“Foreign Government Scholarships: What You Need to Know”: Panelists, including Mobility International USA, shared information about the array of funding opportunities offered by foreign governments around the world, as well as highlighting inclusion for people with disabilities in opportunities with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), such as Foreign Fulbright Student Scholarship.

Mobility International USA values the relationship with EducationUSA and looks forward to gathering more Best Practices from advisers working towards inclusion all across the world.
