IACAC 2016: Ensuring Inclusion When Recruiting

Date:

MIUSA staff collaborate with EducationUSA and Educational Testing Services (ETS) to discuss supporting students with learning disabilities.

International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC) will hold its annual conference bringing together counselors and institutions from around the world in support of secondary students transitioning to higher education.

As international students with learning disabilities apply to study in the U.S., MIUSA staff aim to ensure that high school counselors and students know the support that is offered on U.S. campuses and through the National Clearinghouse on Disability and Exchange (NCDE), as well as steps they should take to prepare for any disability-related accommodations.
